New Features in Thunar 0.4.0rc1

I wrote a short summary of the new features for the upcoming 0.4.0rc1 release of Thunar, which outlines what we have so far, and what is planned for later versions. The article is available here.

  • The new features sound wonderful. I am really excited to use Xfce 4.4 final. And only a few weeks to wait? Plain wonderful!

  • Thunar's new features are great!

    Just a little request:
can I have shortcuts for change views?

  • Wow, sounds great. But hopefully I can switch off that trash-can behaviour?

  • Klasse Arbeit !!!

Aber was ich loswerden muss: die Sortierung
von Gross- und Kleingeschriebenen in Thunar nervt ! Man muss immmer zweimal schauen wenn man nach einer best. Datei sucht !
    zb. Apfel Aprikose ....... apfel

Ansonsten: Weiter so !Ihr macht dat klasse!

  • Are there some plans to include some proxied 'gnome-vfs' support in thunar? (actually what I miss from thunar is the ability to access my servers by sftp protocol).
Beside this one Thunar is great!

    Cheers,
    a.

  • I wish xfce supported auto-mounting of usb keys, etc, because I use it for an internet cafe shop, and we have to run nautilus on top of xfce to have that kind of support. Otherwise, xfce IS BEAUTIFULL!

  • Nevermind, I think xfce has that, I meant network access to same samba shares.
